I applied online and was contacted by Capgroup's talent hunt team. The process was standard but lengthy. It took almost 2 months to complete it. 8 rounds of interviews... 2 Telephonic and 6 in-person. In-person interviews were at Capgroup's Irvine office. Full day interviews with 6 different people. Lunch was provided. Interviewer's included Sr. Manager/Managers, Sr. QA from different areas/domain.
