Initially I applied through Handshake and they followed up with an email including one of those one way interviews (containing a couple of questions - pretty straight forward). Then almost 2 months later is when I got invited to interview in person and they flew me out (hotel + food + uber + flight, all paid for which was extremely generous). The in-person interview was in January and contained four really insightful and wonderful interviewers. It was the most pleasant and eye opening interview process I have ever experienced.

Initial one way recorded interview (multiple takes allowed), then interview with HR in LA. After that interview with senior member of chosen team, then final round with 3 30 min interviews with different members of the team. Overall team were super friendly and seemed like genuinely interesting and intelligent people who weren't looking to catch you out but instead find more about you. Communication was excellent for first few rounds however was disappointed to find that following my final round it took the firm over a month of chasing to communicate the decision (no offer) which was certainly a let down given how friendly and communicative the rest of the team had been throughout the process. Nevertheless a positive experience, just a shame I couldn't stick the landing as seems like a great firm to begin your career at.
