Going to college in another state, the first round of interviews consisted of a live Skype conversation with a recruiter going over basic behavioral questions (i.e. What do you know about us? Tell me about yourself. What type of work experience do you have?).
I found out three weeks later that the Company would be flying me out to their Irvine campus, with paid ticket and hotel, to do a super day at their Irvine campus. Starting from 7:30AM and going to 3:00PM, I had four interviews with 7 people (3 w/ 2 people, 1 with 1), each interview session with a theme (leadership, professional experience, working with others...). Overall, not very technical. It was clear that they want to make sure that you fit with their culture and set of values.
