Based on resume you will get a call and interview meet will be shared online if you have selected the invite. Salary expectations will be asked during the screening call.
Once you complete the screening you will receive invite for personal interview with the VP - Program Manager, after which you will have 2 rounds of interview with Program Manager and Senior Project Manager.

Hr call then a VP virtual call and no response got email not proceeding further. The interview went well and nothing seems to be wrong and the interviewer is a non technical person

Entretien
The employer was completely explained on last experience and expectations. Around 5 rounds each of average 1 Hr getting pre offer in hand for submitting finally cancelled the position. Even the Hiring Managers are completely aware of what exactly they are doing or explaining candidate.
Something very wrong with company may be too many IITIANS were flooded and occupied leadership positions.
