I had a telephone interview followed by an assessment day. The telephone interview consisted of 5 standard competency-based questions. This was then followed by an assessment day in which started with a company presentation, which appeared rather impressive, an individual interview, individual case study and then a group exercise. Group presentation was reviewing the case study and then preparing as a team what the business should do strategically.
