Straight forward, I applied, got a call from a recruiter and set up an interview, but before the interview I had to pass the pharmacology and basic arrhythmia test! Then I had my interview which went well, the interviewers were very pleasant and welcoming!

Entretien
Met with six to seven nurses in a conference room after a screening with HR; they were friendly, upbeat, and interested. Included nurse managers and nurse educators. It took a couple of business days to hear back about the offer but they were excited to have new people onboard and supportive of new graduate nurses.

I met with HR manager, went into a room with 3 other nurse managers and interviewed with all of them. They were all very nice, I was just super nervous. They each asked their own couple of questions. It took about 30 minutes all together
