J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Capco (Orlando, FL) en mai 2025
Entretien
The first step was an introductory call highlighting the role and briefly discussing my background. The second step was a live coding interview. Unfortunately, this part of the process was disorganized and frustrating. The interview was rescheduled twice on short notice, and when it finally took place, nearly half of the allotted time was lost due to microphone issues on the interviewer’s end. That time was never made up, nor was there any indication it would be taken into account during evaluation. The session felt rushed and incomplete, and I don't believe the outcome reflected my abilities or the preparation I put in. I expected more structure and respect for a candidate’s time from a company like Capco.

Had a 10 min HR interview with a recruiter that went well. Since I am on OPT, they did say they can only offer contractor positions and that they would need to see further into the job for anything else. Then there was a technical round on glider. There will be 2 more rounds.
It has a 15min recruiter call and then 3 rounds of interview one with Python coding and next one is a AI based technical round and the final one with the capco director.
