Very slow and a long process! I took 6 rounds over a period of 4months, which isn't ideal. Felt like it was just a waste of time. It took 4 months from the initial contact with the recruiter to the offer stage and also I had to follow-up so many times to get feedback.
The HR also tried to low-ball the offer, I provided my expected salary range on my first screening call which they were ok with. But on the final offer stage they gave me a non-negotiable offer which was 10k less than my expected range.
I think Capco tried to take advantage of my situation as I was made redundant by my previous employer and the job market was not great.
I got fed-up with the process and accepted an offer with another company. Unfortunately, don't think I will ever consider Capco in the future.

It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
