The recruitment process felt genuinely well thought out compared to other firms I interviewed with. The initial video interview involved four experience-based questions and one case study style question which gave a real taste of what the role involves. From there, the in-person assessment centre was intense but energising. You are in a group of up to nine candidates with senior consultants observing throughout, working through a real FS case study and an individual task. I applied for data consulting role. Overall smooth interview process. There was one SJT type online assessment, one technical case study which was presented to a senior/principal consulting, and the final interview was with a principal/managing principal consultant. Overall pretty generic process.

It was okay, since it was behavioral know a lot about the company and the role. Questions like Tell me about a time you worked on a cross-functional team or Tell me about a time you took initiative.
