First interview was a live Leetcode kind of coding test. Second interview was to talk about my experience and resume as well as answering technical questions. Third interview was with the team lead. I did well on all three and received positive feedback. They simply never got back to me after that.

The 2nd round interviewer showed zero preparation and followed a rigid routine without discussing actual projects.
I observed unprofessional technical wording and skills, along with a clear lack of respect for the interviewee. Additionally, he/she kept dodging questions regarding the position.
Overall, a highly unusual and negative experience.
