I was contacted by one of the HR about the position. After the initial call, it took them one month to arrange the first round technical interview. I should've considered it as a red flag and should have cautious about what is coming later. First round, interviewer mainly asked technical questions based on my previous experience. Second round was a case study where interviewer walk through the scenario and questions during the 1hr interview and asked to prepare 3-4 slides presentation during the interview call. Third round was partner interview for 30 mins. Mainly focused on behavioural and competency questions along with briefing what is expected from me in this role. Final round was with HR again covering some more behavioural questions. I have received call from HR about a week after final round confirming they are happy to proceed with me and informed that he will come back in a week with approved offer letter. I followed up with them after a week only to be informed that they are postponing my joining date to 3 months and informed that there are some internal process of the company going on and approved offer letter will be delayed. Almost 2 months and multiple follow-ups after, HR called me to say they are not recruiting for the position and informed that they will not be able to offer a job. Two months of waiting and they hung me out to dry.
