Initial phone screening, then brought me in for 2 in person interviews.
First was with 2 seniors. We went over my resume, asked some simple questions about schooling, experience, and software.
Second was with a manager. He asked about software fundamentals, and got to know my character a bit.
Was a very sane, easy going interview process. As I was new at the time they cared more about who I was vs what I had done.

The 2nd round interviewer showed zero preparation and followed a rigid routine without discussing actual projects.
I observed unprofessional technical wording and skills, along with a clear lack of respect for the interviewee. Additionally, he/she kept dodging questions regarding the position.
Overall, a highly unusual and negative experience.
