Wasted my time for the 2nd time Two rounds - One basic intro and another with VP who is probably not sure what he is looking for Only scenario based questions like 1) Managing stakeholders ,challenges faced and mostly gave me overview of the project Next week I received a call from HR saying I am selected and she will get back with the further process. Two weeks later I called HR to check the update and yet again they put the role on hold. Capco did the same thing 6 months ago. Its such a shame that they waste candidates time when they are not sure about hiring
