Applied through LinkedIn. Got an email to book a slot for an initial discussion. I was told the hiring process would start. After that silence, possibly the Wipro takeover slowed down the process. Two weeks later, Interviews scheduled with a Principal consultant and a Managing Consultant.
The first interview went well and the second one got cancelled on the day of interview. Very unprofessional in my opinion . I was scheduled for a case study interview with another managing consultant. Pretty average interview and 1 week gone by no response. But never even smiled through out the process. Possibly a personality trait.
I just withdrew my application to say Thanks but No Thanks.

I had several meetings with different leaders. Some interviews felt transactional while others created real connection. I'd describe it as very conversational where the questions come up in a more natural way. I did a "case" and prepared a presentation for the partner team.

Interview was 3 stage process, expectations around timelines and process for each round was very clear from the start and well documented, moved quite quickly through stages, feedback at each stage was delivered with quick turn around times, interviewers were friendly and warm, made me feel comfortable, all interviews started and ended on time, gave me enough time and opportunity to ask questions, very smooth - very good experience overall.
