Online application, CV sift and an AC in London which lasts 2-3 hours. AC consists of an in-house test, speed interviews and a group discussion. The AC is not long, however the in-house test is in my opinion too difficult and completely unrelated to the actual work you will do.

Apply for interview, informal interview and a networking event such as a happy hour, followed by final, much more formal interview. Seems to be very typical within consulting industry. Questions in formal interview were at times challenging, but fairly standard.
