      Entretien

I got a call from some HR for the details after sharing my profile and other details like notice period and CTC. They agreed to 60days notice period and ECTC. Scheduled interview on Saturday. I went there there are 30 people came for interview for that role. First round is completely technical about core RPA Blue Prism development, I cleared that round and next round is also technical but more functional like production issues. Development cycle dealing with clients. Use case findings and feasibility study etc. I cleared that then HR told me like you cleared second round also. We will call you on Monday and process the further. On Monday Hr called me and told me to share my CV in one page PPT format she will share the template. She shared the template and i created my profile in that one page ppt and sent to HR she informed me like she will schedule the client round. After a week i received a call at 2Pm like tomorrow 3.30pm you will have a telephonic discussion but need to attend from Capco premises i agreed but didn't received any call letter at 10.30 pm I got a mail the client is busy tomorrow we will schedule later. Waited for a week no response contacted through mail about update no response. Then i called the HR she told like they are looking for candidates who can join in 30 days. I told her I will join in 30 days. Exactly after 3 weeks from the day after many follow up mails and calls she scheduled the interview. I went there 5th floor Capco SJR tech park. When I entered there opposite to the reception one meeting room is there. HR came and introduced me to a guy as manager. Me and the manager went inside that meeting room and he diled a number in his personal phone and connected to a conference and in speaker mode he told the other guy in the phone like the candidate is here you can ask the questions. He(manager) is keeping the phone in his hands in speaker mode and sitting with me in the meeting room the other guy in the phone started asking the questions. I felt weird what kind of interview is this. Ok i started answering to his question in the middle the guy in the phone told not able to here clearly then I took phone into my hands and switched off the speaker mode and kept in my ear and answered Then asked the second question i started answering again same he is not able to here me clearly. I told the guy in the phone i am keeping the phone same way and handed over the phone to Manager. He checked and disconnected the call and took me to a meeting room inside work area and called from land line and again switched to speaker mode and sitting with me looking at me and the guy in the phone asked third question while answering the third question the manager interrupted wnd asked me about my experience and projects. I answered to the manager. The manager asked the guy phone like any questions from your side. He told nothing. Again manager asked me general questions about notice period and other details. After 4 days i called HR and asked for feedback she told like they are expecting more for this role. I never faced this type of interview he asked 3 questions in that there is no chance to answer also. And other worst thing is if candidates who came for interview want to use washroom the they are telling them to go to parking (-1) floor and use general washroom. The worst interview experience and worst recruiter.
