J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Capco (Hong Kong) en juil. 2016
Entretien
In the first round, it is a very relaxing, casual and happy one on one interview with the company senior staff (met with two different people), the discussion was pleasant, and the second round was with a group of other candidates around 7 to 8 people, group discussion with 2 to 3 open ended questions which is not related to the professional area, or not any Banking or Finance related. Those open ended questions were more on the political news, world news related.

They do multiple rounds of interviews with different teams - first an intro with the Human Resources recruiter, then a manager, and then technical team to gauge fit of your experience.

Positive
My interview process with Capco was one of the most welcoming and respectful experiences I’ve had in consulting. Every person I met was friendly, genuine, and intentional about creating a comfortable environment. There were no “gotcha” or trick questions — the conversations were straightforward, fair, and focused on understanding my experience.
I appreciated that they gave me time to think, ask for clarity, and speak openly without feeling judged. There was no sense of elitism or ego from anyone on the panel. Compared to other firms I’ve interviewed with, Capco’s culture felt noticeably more positive and grounded.
I left the interview feeling respected, valued, and confident that my background and experiences were truly appreciated.

Interview process was fairly smooth, mostly verbal questions and no live coding/coding exercises. Overall a nice experience.
Some issues after accepting the offer however, they then took 3 weeks to get back in contact with me. The response was that the role was no longer needed and i may get hired as a "culpability" role. Within 24 hours this was then changed to their is a role after all. This part was rather stressful.
