I actually got shortlisted in an hackathon where they were one of the sponsors. The first interview was just a short 15mins screening test, they asked basic questions about my work experience and tested a bit of german. They took long time to reply for the 2nd round where the interviewers were themselves unaware of the role I applied, I submitted my latest resume and despite they used my old resume. It was bit disappointing and unstructured, nevertheless they asked simple irrelevant questions. asked something about sql, web development (yea it was not for the role i got selected for), tested my german knowledge and told i was a very good fit and in 2 days, i got generic rejection. My person of contact literally ghosted me, I mailed, called her and straight ghosted. Rejection is fine but atleast tell me where i went wrong.
