Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your experience in our interview process. I am sorry to hear you had a poor experience and this stemmed around communication. It can be a bit challenging to coordinate the schedules of our team as well as the candidate interviewing and our goal is to make this as seamless as possible. Unfortunately, this was not the case in your situation. I am glad to hear that the final round of interviews went well and apologize there was a lack of clear next steps. Due to client demand, our needs can change quickly and we do our best to ensure we have an immediate project for the new team members to join. I understand how this can be very frustrating especially if there is a miss on our part around communication.
