Very scripted phone screening call with a bored interviewer who sounded like they'd gone through the process too many times. Given the innovative nature of the company and the push as a great place to work I was surprised this is the method they use for your first contact as a candidate.

Very generic old-fashioned interview questions that gave little room to explore personality or deeper skill set offering.

all interviewers are friendly and open to listen. HR team is very helpful for preparing next interviews.
After submitting my application via email, I was given a schedule for a phone interview. Following this step, I ultimately received a rejection email. The entire process was challenging but provided a valuable learning experience.

Spoke to the internal recruiter about the role. They sent a lot of information before hand about the role and the company along with a video presentation and other material to read. Be prepared for this interview.
