I met with the chief ops and manager of my department. They were very helpful and transparent about what this job can entail as the work can at times be stressful and very busy. They were kind and asked me great questions that pertained to the position and my home life to help understand me and my situation. They required some letter of recommendation and were sure to follow up with them which I respect and appreciate. They do their due diligence to try and ensure that they hire the right people the first time.
