Entretien
Initially contacted by a recruiter who happened to be located half across the planet. Constant company pitch calls every other day rather than focusing on preparing for interviews; the recruiter would go about telling me how great Canoo is and a thousand reasons why I should join. Regular communication was very disorganized and all over the place: SMS, LinkedIn message, e-mails... it was nerving trying to keep up.
Interview with director and hiring managers was OK. Positive initial impression. Second round interview with program manager and systems engineer was very disorganized and one of them was quite rude and pushy... I get it buddy, you've things to do, but so do I.
A couple of days later, after the interview, I got a call from my recruiter at 1:48 AM (which I didn't answer since my phone is set to DND at night); I saw the missed call next morning I tried calling and messaging back but I was ghosted.

The usual canned questions:
Tell me about yourself / why do you want to join Canoo / etc.
Very thorough, company faces some challenges are they were clear about that. Did not proceed due to requirement to relocate. Some technical discussions, personality and team management. Would recommend applying if you are flexible and willing to take risks, comp was good.
