Very odd application process . Asking about SATs and my grades in Maths and English . I went to school in the 80’s in the UK .If you have so many years of actual work experience in a similar role , why is it relevant ?

Its a long process which would take more than 3 months but patience is the key if you want to get into the company and may contains more than 9 rounds in total and with some written tests at the start of the process
