the interview process is completely automated. although a "real" person writes to you, he/she does it by sending copy-paste emails without any criteria whatsoever. Just to start with, they send you a long written interview with questions that may have (or not) direct relation to the position. Then, you are interviewed by someone who has nothing to do with the position you are being interviewed for, which means that he/she can only tells you about the company in general, and finally you get to a third interview with someone who can tell you some information about the position. Only then you will know whether you are interested in the position, or not. It's a long, impersonalized process, and the corporate culture doesn't seem friendly.

Question 1
Which degree and university did you choose, and why? Which university courses did you perform best at? How did you rank in your degree? Outside of class, what were your interests and where did you spend your time? What did you achieve at university that you consider exceptional?
The bots and IA they use to select candidates discards good candidates. One of the worst experiences I have trying to enter in a company where I met 90% of the requirements.
Quite pleasant it was great meeting people in the company. Long and a lot to do but I can understand why.
As for everything you can prepare yourself if you really truly care about joining the company. Though this is just my experience.

lengthy, exhaustive and ended up being a waste of time (25 hours or so). Had gone through psychometrics and 5 interviews and then suddenly- sorry - no longer going through with your application - NO feedback why.
