The process started with an email that said...
1) I read your resume
2) This isn't a canned email
3) we are very selective, and are looking for people of not your gender in not your geography
What followed then was a questionnaire that very much indicated that
1) They had not read my resume
2) it was a canned email.
So I responded, thanking them for their time but I did not wish to continue.
After that, about every 6 weeks I get an email asking if I had accidentally missed the questionnaire . I responded to each one, thanking them for their time but I did not wish to continue.
Then I got one saying that the could not continue to consider me unless I answered the questionnaire. I responded, thanking them for their time but I did not wish to continue.
Finally, an email saying that since I had not responded to the questionnaire, I was being removed from consideration. I responded, thanking them for their time.
The whole interaction was canned emails from an automated process.

The most comprehensive interview process I ever accepted to attend and very lengthly. Written interview phase is was a go or no-go, as it required to invest a few hours to respond to all questions.
Overall very controversial around whether it is effective or not - probably not for all roles/levels.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They ask a lot of questions about high-school and university background as the company is focused on exceptional academic results.

It was a great experience albeit tedious as the hiring process has multiple stages but it helped to get a good understanding of the company and role. The hiring process typically takes about 90 day.
