Absolutely de-humanizing process. If your resume looks good, you receive an AI generated email asking you to do a writing assignment about your past, starting from high school, all the way up to your current experience. To do well, you would need to dedicate a number of hours simply to writing and digging up your primary school test scores. If you pass that, you receive another AI generated e-mail that requires you to take a cognitive test from Thomas International that further numericizes your personality so they can filter you out. I did "above average" in the majority of these cognitive tests but almost immediately received a rejection letter.
All in all, between the writing assignment, preparing for the test, and the test, most people would spend 4-6 hours just to get to this stage, where the only thing wagered by the company is 3 AI generated e-mails. Truly dystopian.
Don't even start the process if you want to retain whatever bit of humanity you have left.
