The interview was drawn-out and highly conversational. Feedback and response times were slow.By the time the invitation for the next round came in, I had already secured another job offer.

I applied through a recruiter. He had a brief chat with me, then set up an interview with the hiring manager. After that I met the Director another time and they offered me the job. There was a test though I had to complete at home (mathematics, logic)
