The interview started with the whole members of the team similar to a team conference. There was no human resources call.
They focus on a practical skill set which is written in the job description. The interviewers are very friendly.

I had an interview with the Interventional Director and a Senior Product Manager during an onsite visit at the company’s location. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and they made a clear effort to help me feel comfortable throughout the discussion. The conversation focused more on general behavioral topics, such as my strengths, weaknesses, and how I handle obstacles, rather than diving deeply into specific product management frameworks or technical questions.
