Meet with recruiter, meet with the senior dev, meet with the broader team in product, meet the CIO, be told that you're in the final 2 candidates, don't hear back for weeks, are told they need to interview other qualified candidates still, asked for project samples after all of this at the tail end (this should take place in recruiter/HM screen), rejected almost a month later. Have to admit that people were super kind and engaging in 3/4 interviews, those people seemed cool to work with. Abysmal / confusing / uncoordinated process, pay isn't that competitive. Avoid.

Entretien
2 stage interview. All interviewers were extremely kind, intelligent and friendly. It was an all around pleasant experience as far as job interviews go. Post-interview communication was excellent. I didn't feel grilled and felt like they truly had interest in learning about me as a person.
