Overall, the interview process was really positive. I was put at ease throughout the process and everybody that I spoke to made it evident that they loved working for CandidSky. I initially had a phone conversation with Anthony (Head of SEO), where we shared thoughts on SEO strategy, client management and team training. We had a lot of similar thoughts and ideas which made me want to pursue a face to face. My first face to face was with Anthony and Sam (Senior SEO Consultant) - we discussed my campaign and client experience and approach to SEO strategy. It was evident that I could learn a lot and develop myself if I secured a role at CandidSky. Overall, the interview felt more like a discussion of ideas and strategy, rather than a simple Q&A style. I really enjoyed this, as it allowed me to get an insight into the approach to SEO and clients at CandidSky. My second interview was with Anthony and Simon (Operations Manager), where we talked more about the team and my previous experience. I was offered the job during this interview and accepted straight away.
