I applied directly online. The interview process was simple and what I expected to be at this level. It came in the following stages: 1. Initial phone call (to understand a bit more about me) 2. First interview (to talk about my experience, the role, the business etc.) 3. Final interview (was set a small task of putting together a presentation based on what the role entailed and how I can handle certain situations etc.) I actually prefer this type of process, as usually, when you interview at a good company, they have different stages of interviews. This gives you enough time to get to know the directors, employees and company etc.
