Two on one interview with the hiring manager and Human Resources. Basic questions about volunteer engagement experience and ideas for scaling the program nationally. Seemed like welcoming people who were transparent about challenges of working at Canadian Cancer Society.

Entretien
Very nice and chill atmosphere but the questions were a lot as there were about 12 questions. I loved how the interviewers made the environment nice and warm and engaging.
