online test. I had log in and review videos and answer multiple choice question. More towards customer service and memory. Some question were very tricky and challenging. there were 43 questions and very interesting.

You will first get a link from Adecco for an interview. After you complete your interview you will hear back within 7 business days regarding the next steps which is the exercise test.

So for the interview process basically it gives you some scenarios to assess what your priority is when an emergency happens. The interview difficulty is about average and you can get results within one week.
