I applied online and interviewed at Canada Post. There are three parts general questions for ice breaking and behavior questions. Why do you want to work for Canada Post as a letter carrier? How do you handle difficult customers? Do you have previous experience in mail delivery or a similar role? If a new person is facing difficulties, what would you do?

Straight forward interview, conducted by a third party. Confirmation of identity with valid government ID. Started with some ice breakker questions, inquiring about past work history, then a comprehension test involving reading and answering 2 questions, followed by some situational questions.
