I applied through Flexjobs, and heard back within a few days to schedule an interview. Had a single 1-on-1 interview over Skype, then one our second skype call was offered the position.

A current or former client was brought up and described, then I was asked for some ideas of how I would get certain tasks done, or where I would look for information. Nothing too technical, just general ideas to see how you approach different tasks.
