The interview was split into 4 Rounds. There is enough time to get to know the engineers, processes, goals of the company etc. difficulty-wise it's not easy by any means but also not impossible. Everyone was kind and helpful throughout the whole process. (1) HR Get to know each other, questions related to languages, past experiences, salary expectations etc. pretty standard. (2) coding session It's basically a pair programming session with two engineers where you get an assignment (coding a tiny game) in very short time. Difficulty-wise this is a leetcode easy/medium. But the goal is to produce something that actually runs and works properly. The engineers were very kind and helpful. (3) role play The third session was a role play where you get into a day to day setting where you give advice to developers regarding the deployment of their app. This is pretty unstructured and completely freestyle. (4) meet the team + cultural fit This is the probably the easiest part: basic chatting, getting to know each other etc.
