The first phase of the interview was with the Lead Product Manager, who was very fast to contact me after applying for the job. The video call was ~30 min, mostly business/technical discussion regarding the BPM field. The second phase also a video call, this time with the CTO which revolved mostly around technical background. Ultimately they decided to terminate the recruitment process, but overall it was a pleasant experience.
