Very nice and responsive recruiting team, and the engineering manager I spoke with was great. But the engineering culture… yikes. Think overly rigid 'by-the-book' European-style "engineering"; the kind that treats iterating through a loop like a design pattern. One piece of advice: if you don’t want candidates using AI assistance, that’s fine — but don’t expect them to reconfigure their entire dev setup just to fit your quiz. Just pay for CoderPad or a proper interview environment like everyone else.
