The parties I interviewed with were thorough and very professional. Everything went well (imo), but the issue of being ghosted towards the end of the interview process is concerning. I emailed and called the Recruiter I was in consistent contact with, and suddenly she disappeared into thin air with no courtesy follow-up whatsoever. The last I heard from her was I was selected to move forward and have a meetings with the CFO...yet it's been weeks now and I've already been interviewing with other companies at this point. I'm incredibly disappointed how comfortable their recruitment team are not even emailing to confirm they went with another candidate (if that was the case..how would I know??). The company itself appeared great, but I guess looks can be deceiving.
