Very easy and laid back! When I first came in for the interview I was greeted with a smile and was asked pretty easy questions, the typical ones like "Tell me about yourself" and "Strengths and Weakness'" and after the PM was done asking the questions he wanted me to go to the main office for a second interview with the LM. About 10 minutes after the second interview, when I was on my way home, they gave me a phone call and offered me the job. They asked if I could come in the next week for a drug test and background screening.
