Applied online, received scheduling email for phone screen from HR. Phone screen took around 30 minutes, was asked basic questions about experience, why I was looking for a new job, etc. Asked some scenario-esque questions such as; "How do you handle invoice processing?" "How do you stick to deadlines." At the end of the interview was told next steps was an interview with the hiring team, did not receive any further follow-up and was ghosted with no communication of no longer being considered.
