The Interview was divided in two processes, including a design task, it was supposed to be simple. But then in the end turned up to be time consuming and a mess. It started with constant delays and changes of the job spec, and the fact they were (or still) trying to open an office in Lisbon. The recruiter was actually accessible, but the the process a living mess. It took months from the inicial stage to the next stage of interview, and then more months that turned into evasive replies, after spending my time and the interviewer's to get through the interview process and the time spent to finish the design task, to in the end never actually getting a proper feedback nor even a thank you note. Internally the most disorganised company ever and one of my worse recruitment experiences.
