Generally pretty easy, they want to know that you are suitable to work with kids. Expect questions about what activities you are interested in leading and why. Also expect to be asked about some religious-based questions.

After submitting an online application I received an email setting up an in person, one on one interview. The interview will be with a full time staff member or long time camp employee. Usually they will come to your school or area to interview you but may do phone/skype interviews if need be.
