Went through the first round interview. There are 2 rounds of interview. First one with HR, second one with higher management. In my opinion, just be yourself so that the company know whether you fit the culture there. I get the interview by applying through university career fair and notified for the interview after several weeks.

Everybody there was friendly and approachable. Although there were 6 interviewers, it wasnt stressful at all

Presentation (they will ask for your input and your business decision based on the current outlook, basically how you will handle an excess of manpower)
Plant tour (interviewees are required to make a safety / room for improvement observation)
Panel interview (3 panels, each with three interviewers. On each panel are 2 managers and 1 HR executive)

1st round of interviews the next day. Basic behavioral questions, it was myself and 2 of their recruiters
Called in for 2nd round in Houston with a dinner the night before.
Presentation on life experiences and 3 interviews the next day with various people within the company.
