Hiring process is very confusing. Cameron isn't sure if they are really going to hire or not. There will be posting and then candidates will apply and will learn that the position is cancelled/ they will not hire. Their hiring process is also very slow 3-4 months. Applicants wait wait and wait! It's hard to get a decision from them. They will neither reject nor accept
