Got the interview through campus recruiting. Interview was very laid back and strictly behavioral. After the interview they told me the wait is 2-3 weeks to hear back about a second interview. It's only been a week so I haven't heard back yet. But at the second interview you will be flown out to Houston to give a 6 minute presentation and do 2 or 3 more interviews.
