Interviews were basic and was just asked why I wanted the job and previous training. Don't ask about training, they do not like questions about how they train new employees as they are looking for someone to come in with full 110% knowledge and skill set. I was never told after two sets of interviews that they did not want to proceed with next steps and had to reach out to the 3rd party recruiter only to find out that even after the first interview they were not interested in proceeding with next steps. I have seen other people leave reviews with similar experiences of not being reached out to by Cameron Ashely if they are not asked to proceed to next steps which I find to be a real disappointment especially coming from a company that touts itself on being a "family business" and one that focuses so heavily on "customer experience".
