The interview process was very professional. I met with the principal of the school, we discussed the position which was open. We also discussed curriculum, behavior strategies, and classroom management. Salary was also discussed. There were also Professional Development days and times that were also part of the interview process.

Personal email invited me to a phone screen. After that I was interviewed by the director, then given a verbal offer a few days later, with an offer letter. The entire process was very comfortable yet rigorous. We had a lively discussion about academics and education.
