Phone screening then interviews. The interviews will be 20-30 minutes long for 2 hours. You’ll get asked a lot of personality questions and a couple of technical questions. You’ll also be asked on a case study which is pretty straight forward and focuses on your technical writing and ability to communicate efficiently and effectively.
