After reading many of the reviews on this site I was unsure if I really wanted to interview at the company but still wanted to give them a shot. The negative reviews are pretty much spot on. There is a need for an HR department and process for hiring at this company. Went back multiple times, sometimes the right individuals were available, sometimes not. During the interview the Director giving the interview answered his phone in front of me. It seems that Cambria is proud of the way they do things and sticking to them. From what I saw in my limited time of three interviews, it was not an impressive way to do things.
